Terms and license

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms cover buying EveryPaste for Mac and using it, and this website. They’re written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us at hello@everypaste.app.

1. Who we are

EveryPaste is made by Meek Media LLP (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@everypaste.app.

2. Buying a license

3. Your license to use EveryPaste

When you buy, we give you a lifetime, non-exclusive license to install and use EveryPaste on as many Macs as your license size allows, for personal or work use. A license for 3 or 10 Macs may be shared among the people of one household or one team.

You may move your license to another Mac at any time: remove it from the old one in Settings › License, then activate it on the new one.

You may not:

4. Updates

“Lifetime updates” means every update to EveryPaste for Mac that we release, for as long as we develop it, at no extra cost. We plan to keep improving it, but we don’t promise any particular feature or how long development continues. Other products we may make in future, such as apps for other devices, may be sold separately.

5. Your data

What EveryPaste saves stays on your Mac. We never see it. The details are in the privacy policy.

6. Refunds

Every license has a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy. A refunded license is turned off.

7. No warranty

We work hard to make EveryPaste reliable, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give warranties beyond what’s written here, including that it will be free of bugs or suit a particular purpose. A clipboard manager is not a backup: keep backups of anything important.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability for anything to do with EveryPaste is limited to what you paid for your license. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

9. When the license ends

Your license ends if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or if you break these terms (for example by sharing your key publicly). Otherwise it doesn’t end.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t take away rights you already have under a license you bought.
