The app

Everything EveryPaste records stays on your Mac, in a folder only your user account can read. It has no account, no analytics and no tracking. It connects to the internet for two things only: checking your license key with Lemon Squeezy (the key and a name for your Mac), and checking for updates.

Copies that password managers mark as private are never saved. One-time codes, card numbers and API keys are hidden and deleted after a few minutes. Text in images is read on your Mac by macOS; images are never uploaded.

This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. It doesn't ask for your email address. The 30-second tour video on the home page is served by Cloudflare, and only loads when you press play.

When you download EveryPaste, the license key you enter is sent to Lemon Squeezy to check it, and isn't stored. To stop people guessing keys, the server counts download attempts per visitor using a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address; the address itself isn't stored, and the counts are cleared within a day.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. They receive your payment details; we receive your name, email and license key.
